[Ingredients (for 3-4 people)]
Sliced cheese...5-6 pieces
Mixed nuts...about 40g (about 1 to 2 palms)
A Boiled mackerel...1 can
A Olive oil ...1 tablespoon
A Garlic tube...1cm
A Salt and pepper...appropriate amount
Green pepper...1 piece
[How to make]
① Spread the sliced cheese in a frying pan so that they do not overlap.
②Put A into a bowl, mix and place on top of ①. Place coarsely chopped mixed nuts and green pepper on top and roast over low to medium heat.
*Be careful as it will burn if you keep it on medium heat for a long time.
③ When the edges of the cheese become soft and brown, touch it a little and if it feels crispy, turn off the heat.
④ Place on a plate and cut into pieces that are easy to eat! Sprinkle with black pepper if you like.
