~A word from a registered dietitian~
I made a pot that you can enjoy at Christmas♪
Since winter is a time when blood pressure tends to rise, I created a recipe that allows you to get plenty of tomatoes, which contain lycopene, which is good for blood vessel care, and onions, which contain quercetin.
We recommend adding miso as it will make it richer and change the taste.
