[Ingredients (for 2-3 people)]

Dried potatoes...1 bag (200g)

A Adjusted soy milk...200ml

A Water ... 2 tablespoons

B Honey...20g

B Water...1 teaspoon

Butter...10g

Roasted sesame seeds...appropriate amount

[How to make]

①Cut the dried fish into small pieces to break up the fibers, put them in a pot with the adjusted soy milk, and boil over low heat while kneading.

②Once ① loses its shape to some extent, roll it up.

③Put butter in a frying pan and fry ②. While baking, mix B.

④When the rolled dried sweet potatoes are browned, add B and mix.

Place in a bowl and sprinkle with black sesame seeds if desired.
