Countermeasures against summer fatigue ~Morinaga amazake recipe~

【material】

Canned Morinaga amazake ・・・1 (190g)

Soymilk (adjusted or non-adjusted): 80ml

[How to make]

Pour amazake and soy milk into a glass, mix, and it's done★

[Ingredients (for 4 people)]

Canned tomatoes (cut): 1 can (400g)

Perilla・・・1/2 bunch

Pasta: 4 servings (400g)

Lemon juice ... 1 tablespoon

Olive oil 4 tbsp

Salt and pepper...appropriate amount

Canned Morinaga amazake ・・・1 (190g)

[How to make]

① Chill the canned tomatoes in the refrigerator.

②Put canned tomatoes, lemon juice, amazake, and salt and pepper in a bowl, mix well so that the whole mixes well, and add olive oil t to make the sauce.

③ Boil the pasta according to the indicated time. Once boiled, chill in ice water and drain well.

④Tear off perilla leaves and put them in ②, then add ③ and mix well. Arrange it on a plate and it's done ★If you like, you can also put perilla on top of the pasta.

cream cheese 120g

Blueberry jam・・・appropriate amount

Lemon juice ... 2 teaspoons

Morinaga Cook Gelatin 1 bag (5g)

Hot water ... 4 tbsp

[How to make]

① Heat the cream cheese in the microwave for about 20 seconds to soften it.

②Mix ①, lemon juice, and about 1/3 of amazake until smooth.

③ Add the remaining amazake and mix further.

(4) Dissolve gelatin in hot water at 80°C, mix well with a ladle of (2), then add to the whole of (2) and mix. Top it with an appropriate amount of blueberry jam before eating, and you're done!
