[Materials (for 2 people)]

Somen (dried noodles)...160g

★Myoga...10g

★Lettuce...10g

★Pickled plums...10g

White soup stock...20ml

Water...80ml

[How to make]

1. Combine the white soup stock and water.

2. Chop ★ and mix in a bowl.

3. Boil somen noodles, rinse with cold water and drain.

4. Arrange items 1 to 3 in a bowl and complete.
