Sweet potato & apple yogurt

[Materials (for 2 people)]

Sweet potato...1 medium

Apple...1 piece

★Sugar...15g

★Lemon juice...1 tablespoon

★Cinnamon powder...appropriate amount

Yogurt...70g

[How to make]

1. Peel the apples, remove the core, cut into 5mm thick slices, and soak in salted water.

2. Peel the sweet potato, cut into cubes, place in a heat-resistant dish, and microwave at 600W for about 5 minutes. When it becomes soft, mash it coarsely with a fork.

3. Drain the water from the apples from Step 1 and transfer them to the pot. Simmer together with ★ on low heat.

4. Combine 2 with the boiled 3.

5. Sprinkle cinnamon powder over yogurt and it's done!
