Spinach with black sesame and walnuts

[Materials (for 4 people)]

Spinach... 1 bunch (250g)

Walnuts...40g

A Black sesame...1 tablespoon

A Soy sauce...1 tablespoon

A Sugar: 1/2 teaspoon

[How to make]

1. Boil the spinach quickly in hot water with a little salt (not listed), soak in ice water, squeeze out the water, and cut into 5cm pieces.

2. Mix A with coarsely crushed walnuts , squeeze out the water from Step 1, add, and mix well.
