Black jellyfish and mushroom soup

[Ingredients (for 3-4 people)]

Black ear mushrooms (sliced)...5g

Shiitake mushrooms...2 pieces

Maitake...1/2 share

Tube ginger...1/2 teaspoon

Sesame oil...1/2 tablespoon

Chicken soup base...1 tsp

Soy sauce...1/2 teaspoon

Green onion...appropriate amount

[How to make]

1. Soak the black jellyfish in water.

2. Remove the stones from the shiitake mushrooms, thinly slice the caps and stems, and cut the roots from the maitake mushrooms and cut into bite-sized pieces.

3. Cut the green onions into small pieces.

4. Heat sesame oil in a pan, add ginger, black ear mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, and maitake mushrooms and stir-fry.

5. When the ingredients become soft, add 2 cups of water (not listed), chicken stock, and soy sauce and bring to a simmer.

6. Serve in a bowl, sprinkle with green onions, and it's done!
