Sauteed lotus root and potato with peperon

[Materials (for 2 people)]

Lotus roots...180g

Chirimenjako...15g

Garlic (chopped)...1 clove

Red chili pepper (sliced)...1

Salt and pepper...appropriate amount

[How to make]

1. Peel the lotus root, cut it into bite-sized pieces, soak it in vinegar water and wipe off the moisture.

2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the lotus root over medium-high heat until fragrant and golden brown.

3. Once browned, reduce the heat to low, add the ginger, garlic, red chili pepper, salt and pepper, and stir-fry until the garlic is crispy.

4. Serve in a bowl, sprinkle with parsley and cheese, and it's done!
