Tofu with minced Chinese cabbage

[Materials (for 2 people)]

Firm tofu...1 piece

Chinese cabbage...160g

Ground pork...160g

Grated ginger...2g

★Chicken soup...1 teaspoon

★Cooking sake...1 tablespoon

★Oyster sauce...2/3 large

★Water...300ml

Potato starch: 2 teaspoons (dissolved in the same amount of water)

Sesame oil...1 teaspoon

Yuzu...1/2 to 1 piece as desired

Small onion...appropriate amount

[How to make]

1. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and fry the minced meat. When the color changes, add the Chinese cabbage cut into bite-sized pieces and grated ginger and mix.

2. Add ★ and simmer until the Chinese cabbage becomes simmering.

3. Add the tofu, breaking it up with a spoon.

4. Sprinkle the potato starch dissolved in water.

5. Arrange on a plate and garnish with green onions and yuzu peel.
