Lotus root bite natto pizza

[Materials (for 2 people)]

Lotus roots...100g

Natto...1 pack

Avocado...1/2 piece

Kimchi...30g

Cheese for pizza...20g

Sauce/mustard that comes with natto...1 pack

Olive oil...appropriate amount

[How to make]

1. Peel the lotus root and cut into 5mm pieces. Soak it in vinegar water to prevent it from turning black.

2. Mix the natto, the included sauce, mustard (optional), and finely chopped kimchi.

3. Dice the avocado and mix in.

4. Place the rinsed lotus roots in a frying pan coated with olive oil, making sure not to overlap them.

5. Once one side is browned, flip it over and add Step 3. Sprinkle cheese on top and cover.

6. Once the cheese has melted, transfer it to a plate and it's done!

*Please adjust the amount of kimchi to your liking.

*Eating it on crackers makes it taste like pizza!
