<Ingredients (for 1 person)>
Canned Sanma Kabayaki...40g
Maitake mushrooms (divided into small bunches)...40g
Canned boiled tomatoes (diced) (cut type)...100g
A Sugar: 1/2 teaspoon (1.5g)
A Grated garlic...2g
A Coarsely ground black pepper...a little
Powdered cheese...1/2 teaspoon (1g)
Parsley (dried)...a little
<How to make>
1. Add the maitake mushrooms, the juice from the can of kabayaki saury (the flesh will be added later), the can of tomatoes, and A to the pot.
2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce heat to low and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add the kabayaki sanma and simmer for another 5 minutes. Transfer to a bowl, sprinkle with grated cheese and parsley, and it's done.
