<Ingredients (for 1 person)>

Broccoli...60g

A Water: 1/2 tablespoon (7.5g)

A sake...1/2 teaspoon (2.5g)

B salt...0.5g

B Sesame oil (if you have it, add more sesame oil if you don't have it)...1g

B Sesame oil...1/4 teaspoon (1g)

B White roasted sesame seeds...1/3 teaspoon (1g)

<How to make>

1. Cut the broccoli, leaving the stems long, and then cut into long, thin florets.

2. Heat a fluorine-treated frying pan over medium heat, arrange the broccoli from 1, and fry, turning occasionally.
