Potage of pumpkin

[Materials (for 2 people)]

Pumpkin...250g

Onion...100g

Milk...240ml

Water...200ml

Butter...12g

Consomme...5g

Salt...a little bit

Pepper...a little

Flour...6g

Parsley...1g

[How to make]

1. Remove the skin from the pumpkin and cut it into pieces that are easy to cook.Chop the onion into small pieces. Add water and heat until softened.

2. When it becomes soft, add it to the mixer with the flour. (If you don't have one, you can just crush it!)

Return Steps 3 and 2 to the pot, add milk, butter, and consommé, and warm without boiling. Finally, adjust the taste with salt and pepper.

4. Serve in a bowl, sprinkle with parsley and it's done!

☆A little arrangement☆

- You can increase the protein by adding cream cheese when mixing the ingredients.

・You can also use spinach, komatsuna, avocado, or sweet potato instead of pumpkin to make it even more delicious.

Spinach and komatsuna are good sources of calcium, magnesium, and iron.

Avocados and sweet potatoes provide vitamin E.
