crispy cheese chips

<Ingredients (for 2 people)>

Melting cheese...30g

Coarsely ground black pepper...a little

Aonori...a little bit

<How to make>

1. Place a parchment paper in a fluororesin-treated frying pan and heat over medium heat.

Spread the cheese in a circle about 5cm in diameter (4 pieces per person).

2. Once the cheese has melted, sprinkle half with coarsely ground black pepper and the other half with green seaweed.

Flip each sheet over and sear the other side.

3. Remove the cheese from the sheet and it is ready when it has cooled down.
