Microwave steamed salad chicken and soy bean sprouts with spicy sauce

<Ingredients (for 2 people)>

Soybean sprouts...1 bag (200g)

Salad chicken...1 pack (120g)

A salt...0.6g

A Pepper...a little bit

B Ponzu soy sauce...just under 1 tablespoon (16g)

B Grated garlic...1/5 teaspoon (1g)

B chili oil...a little (1g)

Small green onions...2 teaspoons (4g)

<How to make>

1. Place the soybean sprouts in a heat-resistant container, sprinkle with salt and pepper from A, and cover with plastic wrap.

Heat in the microwave (600W) for 1 and a half minutes. *Microwave heating time is a guide for two people.

2. Shred the salad chicken into bite-sized pieces with your hands.

3. Remove the plastic wrap from Step 1, place the salad chicken on top, cover with plastic wrap again, and heat for 1.5 minutes.

4. Serve 3 in a bowl, pour the mixed sauce from B, and sprinkle with green onions.
