Chicken nugget

<Materials for 2 people>

A Minced chicken...160g

A Koya tofu (grated)...32g

A Onion (chopped)...30g

A Water...2 tablespoons (30g)

A Salt...0.6g

A Pepper...a little bit

Flour...appropriate amount

Salad oil...appropriate amount

Ketchup...2 tablespoons (30g)

Grain mustard (optional)...2 tablespoons (24g)

<How to make>

1. Put A into a bowl and mix well until it becomes sticky.

2. Divide into 5 to 6 pieces per person, then shape into small pieces and sprinkle lightly with flour.

3. Add plenty of oil to a frying pan and fry over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.

4. Serve with ketchup and mustard if you like.
