Creamy bok choy

<Materials for 2 people>

Bok choy (chopped)...200g

Shimeji mushrooms (remove stones and loosen)...60g

Bacon (cut into strips)...40g

Milk...200ml

Water...100ml

Butter...2 and 1/2 teaspoons (10g)

Salt...1/3 teaspoon (2g)

Coarsely ground black pepper...a little

A Potato starch...2/3 tablespoon (6g)

A Water: 1 and 1/3 tablespoons (20g)

<How to make>

1. Heat a pan over medium heat, add the butter, and once it has melted, add the stems of the bok choy and the shimeji mushrooms and stir-fry.

2. Once the mixture is coated with oil, add the bacon, bok choy leaves, milk, and water.

Once it boils, add salt and pepper and turn off the heat.

3. Add mixed A and mix, then turn on the fire again. When it thickens, it's ready.
