"Lead cooking paper"
[Ingredients] (2 servings)
Chicken breast...300g 150g
[A]
Salt and pepper...a little bit Honey...1 tbsp 0.5 tbsp
[B]
Soy sauce...3 tablespoons 1.5 tablespoons
Mirin...2 tablespoons 1 tablespoon
Sake...2 tablespoons 1 tablespoon
Grated ginger...1 teaspoon 0.5 teaspoon
Grated garlic...1 teaspoon 0.5 teaspoon
Water...2 tablespoons 2 tablespoons
1 soft-boiled egg (optional) Appropriate amount of salad greens
[How to make]
① Bring the chicken breasts back to room temperature.
After making it double-sided, use a fork to poke it in several places and massage [A] into it.
Roll it up tightly from the front, wrap it in reed parchment paper, and place it in a heat-resistant container.
② Combine [B] and apply enough sauce (seasoning liquid) to cover the entire paper from ② and the bottom of the plate.
③Heat in a 600W microwave. (Do not wrap)
After heating for 4 minutes, turn over and cook for another 4 minutes.
(For smart type: Heat in the microwave at 600W for 3 minutes, then turn over and heat for another 3 minutes.)
*If the microwave oven doesn't heat it enough, keep an eye on it and heat it up some more.
④After heating, leave it as it is until the rough fever goes away.
Once it has cooled down, cut it into easy-to-eat pieces and serve with soft-boiled eggs or salad greens if you like.☆
