Garlic flavored canned mackerel and tomato

<Ingredients (for 2 people)>

Canned boiled mackerel...1 can (160g)

Cherry tomatoes...6 pieces (60g)

Garlic (chopped)...1/2 teaspoon (2g)

Salt...0.6g

Coarsely ground black pepper...a little

Olive oil...1/2 tablespoon (6g)

Parsley (chopped)...appropriate amount (0.4g)

<How to make>

1. Arrange the mackerel and halved cherry tomatoes in a heat-resistant container.

Sprinkle with garlic, salt, and freshly ground black pepper, and drizzle with olive oil.

2. Place in the toaster oven and bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
