mint chai syrup

<Ingredients (for 1 person)>

Black tea leaves (tea bag)...1 teaspoon (2g)

Sugar: 2 and 2/3 teaspoons (8g)

Cardamom powder...less than 1/6 teaspoon (0.3g)

Cinnamon powder...0.2g

Ginger powder...0.2g

Water: 2 and 2/3 tablespoons (40g)

Mint leaves... some

<How to make>

1. Put water and black tea leaves in a heat-resistant container, cover with plastic wrap, and heat in the microwave (600W) for 2 and a half minutes.

2. Add sugar, spices, and mint leaves to 1, mix lightly, wrap again, and heat in the microwave (600W) for 2 minutes.

3. Filter the tea through a tea strainer and place it in a storage container. Once it has cooled down, store it in the refrigerator.

4. Mix milk and syrup in a ratio of 4:1. It can be enjoyed hot or iced.
