Bitter melon and chicken fillet with salted kelp

<Ingredients (for 2 people)>

Bitter melon...1/2 (80g)

Chicken fillet...1 piece (50g)

A sake...1 teaspoon (5g)

A pinch of salt (0.2g)

Salted kelp...6g

Sesame oil...1/2 tablespoon (6g)

Roasted sesame seeds...1/3 teaspoon (1g)

<How to make>

1. Place the chicken fillets in a heat-resistant container, sprinkle with A, cover with plastic wrap, and heat in the microwave (600W) for 1 minute.

Leave it as is for about 5 minutes. *Microwave heating time is a guide for two people.

2. Cut the bitter gourd in half lengthwise, remove the seeds with a spoon, and cut into 2mm thick slices.

If you don't like the bitter taste of bitter gourd, soak it in water.

3. Loosen the dough with your hands and remove the streaks.

4. Add fillet, bitter gourd, salted kelp, sesame oil, and toasted sesame seeds to a bowl and it's ready.
