yogurt steam cake

<Ingredients (for 1 person)>

Pancake mix...25g

A Salad oil...1/2 teaspoon (2g)

A Sugar: 1 and 2/3 teaspoons (5g)

A egg...8g

A Plain yogurt...1 and 2/3 tablespoons (25g)

Greek yogurt...15g

Strawberry...10g

<How to make>

1. Put A into a bowl and mix until the sugar dissolves, then add the pancake mix and mix well to make a batter.

2. Line a cocotte mold with glassine paper or a baking sheet and pour in the dough from step 1 until the 7th to 8th minute mark.

3. Arrange 2 in a pot or deep frying pan and pour hot water to about 2/3 of the height of the mold. (If the container does not fit all at once, please divide it into several batches.)

4. Once it boils, cover with a lid wrapped in a dish towel and steam for 12 to 13 minutes. If nothing comes out when you insert a skewer into the cake, remove it from the mold and let it cool.

* Steaming gives a more moist finish, but you can also easily make it by heating it in the microwave.

Estimated heating time: 1 and a half to 2 minutes at 500W (please adjust depending on the device)

5. Once cooled down, top with Greek yogurt and garnish with strawberries cut in half.

*Easy to make for 6 people.

*Please consume without chilling in the refrigerator to avoid cooling your body.
