Grilled salmon and turnip with herb breadcrumbs

<Ingredients (for 1 person)>

Smoked salmon...30g

Turnip...80g

Eringi...50g

Camembert cheese...15g

Olive oil...1 teaspoon (4g)

A Almonds (crushed or sliced)...5g

A herbal salt...0.3g

A Breadcrumbs: 1/2 tablespoon (1.5g)

<How to make>

1. Peel the turnip and cut it into 6-8 pieces. Cut the eringi mushrooms into easy-to-eat pieces.

2. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry the turnips and king king mushrooms.
