Shentoujiang (soy milk and black vinegar soup)

<Ingredients (for 1 person)>

Soy milk (no adjustment of ingredients)...150ml

A Black vinegar (or vinegar)...1/2 tablespoon (7.5g)

A Sesame oil...1/2 teaspoon (2g)

A Soy sauce...1/3 teaspoon (2g)

Fried tofu (cut into strips)...5g

Onion (cut into small pieces)...2g

Seasoned Zha cai (roughly chopped)...7g

Chili oil (optional)...0.5g

<How to make>

1. Fry the fried tofu in a toaster or frying pan until golden brown.

2.Pour A into a bowl and mix gently. Pour soy milk into a small pot and heat until just before boiling, then pour into a bowl containing seasonings.

3. Once the soy milk has solidified, add the fried tofu from step 1, green onions, zha cai, and chili oil (optional) to complete the dish.
