Rice cooked with lotus root and chicken

<Ingredients (for 1 person)>

Polished rice...75g

Lotus roots...40g

Chicken thigh (skinless)...25g

A granule Japanese-style dashi stock...1/4 teaspoon (0.8g)

A Soy sauce...1 teaspoon (6g)

A mirin...3/4 teaspoon (4.5g)

Aonori...a little bit

<How to make>

1. Cut the lotus root into small pieces with the skin on, and cut the chicken into 2cm cubes.

2. Put the washed rice in the inner pot, pour water up to the mark, add A and mix gently. Add the lotus root and chicken from step 1 and turn it on.

3. When the rice is cooked, mix it all together with a rice scoop and place it in a bowl. Sprinkle some green seaweed as you like and it's done.
