Pumpkin ice cream with boiled pumpkin

<Ingredients (for 1 person)>

Boiled pumpkin...30g

Vanilla ice cream...100g

Pumpkin seeds (optional)...1g

<How to make>

1. Remove the skin from the boiled pumpkin, place it in a plastic cooking bag, and mash it from above. Add the ice cream and knead the top to mix.

2. Place the bag in the freezer for about 30 to 1 hour and freeze again. Serve in a bowl, garnish with pumpkin seeds, and serve.

3. *If you prefer softness like soft serve ice cream, please enjoy it as is without refreezing.
