Refreshing spicy salad soba
<Ingredients (for 1 person)>
Boiled soba...180g
Pork loin (for shabu-shabu)...60g
Sunny lettuce...10g
Cucumber...20g
Carrots...10g
A Mentsuyu (3x concentrated)...1 and 1/4 tablespoons (20g)
A Vinegar...1/2 tablespoon (7.5g)
A Sesame oil...1/4 teaspoon (1g)
A chili oil...0.5g
<How to make>
1. Tear the sunny lettuce into small pieces, and thinly slice the cucumber and carrot.
2. Boil the pork in boiling water, rinse with cold water, and wipe dry.
3. Arrange soba noodles in a bowl and top with vegetables and meat. Add mixed A and it's done.
