Grilled pork chazuke

<Ingredients (for 1 person)>

Rice...150g

Grilled pork...40g

Green onion (cut into small pieces)...2g

Fried egg...less than 2/3 tablespoon (3g)

Seaweed...0.2g

Sesame...1/6 teaspoon (0.5g)

Yuzu pepper...1/6 teaspoon (1g)

Japanese-style dashi stock...1/3 teaspoon (1g)

Hot water...150ml

<How to make>

1. Place rice in a bowl and sprinkle with seaweed and sesame seeds.

2. Place grilled pork, green onion, fried egg, and yuzu pepper on top of 2.1, sprinkle with Japanese-style stock, and pour boiling water.
