Oven-roasted lamb meat and vegetables

<Ingredients (for 1 person)>

Lamb thigh (for steak)...80g

A salt...0.5g

A Pepper...a little bit

A Cumin powder...0.2g

A Grated garlic...2g

Potato...50g

Cherry tomatoes...20g

Lotus roots...20g

Purple onion...20g

Paprika (yellow)...15g

Rosemary (raw)...appropriate amount

Salt...0.7g

Coarsely ground black pepper...a little

Olive oil...1/2 tablespoon (6g)

<How to make>

1. Cut the lamb into bite-sized pieces, sprinkle with A and leave aside for 30 minutes.

2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly, wrap them in plastic wrap, heat them in the microwave for 2 minutes, and once they have cooled down, cut them into bite-sized pieces.

3.Cut other vegetables into bite-sized pieces.

4. Spread a baking sheet on a baking sheet, arrange the lamb meat and vegetables, and top with rosemary. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and drizzle with olive oil.

5. Bake in the oven at 150℃ for 30 minutes, then at 180℃ for 10 minutes.
