Pork minced meat...50gTofu...80g
Bean sprouts...50g
Grated garlic...2g
Grated ginger...2g
Chinese dashi stock...just over 1/2 teaspoon (1.5g)
Miso...1 teaspoon (6g)
Water...80ml
Chili pepper (sliced)...a little
Green onion (cut into small pieces)...1g
<How to make>
1. Add seasonings to a pot, mix, and heat.
2. Add the tofu to Step 1 and break it up into easy-to-eat pieces.
3. Add the pork and bean sprouts, cover, and simmer for about 5 minutes. Finish by adding green onions.
