Banana...120g
Sugar: 1 and 1/3 tablespoons (12g)
Butter...1 teaspoon (4g)
Greek yogurt (watered yogurt)...200g
Mint leaves (if available) 1g
<How to make>
1. Add sugar to a frying pan and heat over medium heat until it melts and turns golden brown.
2. Add butter and diced bananas and stir-fry briefly.
3. Arrange in a bowl with yogurt and garnish with mint leaves (if you have them) and it's done.
