<Ingredients (for 2 people)>
Chinese cabbage kimchi (chopped)...80g
Onion (thinly sliced)...100g
Onion (cut into small pieces)...30g
A Soft flour...4 tablespoons (36g)
A Potato starch...4 tablespoons (36g)
A White roasted sesame seeds...1 and 1/3 teaspoon (4g)
A Salt...0.6g
A Granular chicken soup base...just under 1 teaspoon (2g)
A Water...4 tablespoons (60g)
Salad oil...2/3 tablespoon (8g)
Sesame oil...2/3 tablespoon (8g)
<How to make>
1. Mix ingredients A in a bowl, then add kimchi, onion, and small onion, and mix thoroughly.
2. Heat salad oil in a frying pan, pour in step 1 and fry over medium-low heat. Once the surface is dry and browned, flip it over.
3. Once both sides are browned, sprinkle with sesame oil. Cut it into bite-sized pieces and it's ready.
