Easy tomato soup with rolled oats and beans

<Ingredients for 1 person>

*The amounts and times in the recipe are based on one serving of approximately 300ml soup jar.

Mixed beans...20g

Bacon...1 piece (20g)

Cut shimeji mushrooms...20g

Rolled barley...1 tablespoon (10g)

Granular Western style soup base...1/3 teaspoon (1g)

Tomato juice...100ml

Water...50ml

Pepper...a little

<How to make>

1. Place rolled oats in a soup jar, pour boiling water, cover, and let stand for about 3 minutes. Cut the bacon into 1cm wide pieces.

2. Put all the ingredients except the rolled oats in a heat-resistant container, cover with plastic wrap, and heat in the microwave (600W) for about 3 minutes (to the point of slightly boiling).

3. Drain the rolled oats from Step 1 in a strainer, add them to a soup jar, cover with a lid, and keep warm for about 3 hours.

[When not using a soup jar]

1. Put all the ingredients in a pot, cover and boil until the rolled oats are fluffy and soft.

2. When it boils, pour it into a bowl.
