Stir-fried dried radish and tuna curry

<Ingredients (for 2 people)>

Kiriboshi radish...20g

Canned tuna...40g

Curry powder...1 teaspoon (2g)

Soy sauce...2/3 teaspoon (4g)

Parsley (chopped)...a little

<How to make>

1. Place the kiriboshi radish in a colander and wash it lightly with water. Leave it for about 10 minutes without squeezing the water.

2. Heat a frying pan over medium-low heat, add the tuna (with its juices), dried daikon radish, and curry powder in that order and stir-fry. Season with soy sauce.

3. Arrange in a bowl and sprinkle with parsley.
