<Ingredients (for 2 people)>
Thinly sliced beef thighs...4 pieces (120g)
Green pepper...2 pieces (60g)
Red bell pepper (or red paprika)...1 piece (80g)
Grated garlic...just under 1/2 teaspoon (2g)
Salt...just under 1/4 teaspoon (1.2g)
Coarsely ground black pepper...a little
Olive oil...1 teaspoon (4g)
Lemon (cut into wedges)...2 slices (20g)
<How to make>
1. Cut the green pepper and red pepper into 1cm wide pieces along the fibers.
2. Spread garlic on the beef and wrap it in 1. Sprinkle salt and ground black pepper on the surface.
3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry the rolls from step 2 with the end facing down until golden brown.
4. Cut into easy-to-eat pieces, serve in a bowl, add lemon, and it's done.
