Bell pepper beef roll

<Ingredients (for 2 people)>

Thinly sliced ​​beef thighs...4 pieces (120g)

Green pepper...2 pieces (60g)

Red bell pepper (or red paprika)...1 piece (80g)

<How to make>

1. Cut the green pepper and red pepper into 1cm wide pieces along the fibers.
