Clams (with shell)・・・90g
Garlic・・・half
Sliced chili pepper ... appropriate amount
Parsley ... appropriate amount
Olive oil 1 tablespoon
Liquor (Japanese sake or cooking sake)・・・60cc
Soy sauce ... 1 teaspoon
Salt and pepper...a little
[How to make]
① Lightly remove salt from the clams and wash with water.
②Cut the shirataki into bite-sized pieces
③Put olive oil, garlic and chili peppers in a frying pan and heat over low heat.
④When ③ is fragrant, increase the heat, drain the water from ①, add it, shake the sake and cover with a lid.
⑤ When the mouth of the clams opens, add ② and mix so that the shirataki will absorb the juice.
Season with soy sauce and salt and pepper, place on a plate, sprinkle with parsley, and you're done!
