[Ingredients (for one person)]

Rice flour・・・60g

Soy milk (unadjusted): 90g

Sugar (you can also use beet sugar or millet sugar)・・・2 tbsp

(optional) Strawberry jam 1 teaspoon

Soy milk (unadjusted)・・・200ml

Sugar (you can also use beet sugar or millet sugar) 1-2 tbsp

Lemon juice 2-3 drops

Strawberry ... 1 piece

[How to make]

①Put rice flour, soy milk and sugar into a wide mug and mix gently with a fork.

② Heat for 2 minutes in a 600W range.

*When adding strawberry jam, first heat for 30 seconds, take it out once and add strawberry jam,

Then heat for 1 and a half minutes.

*Please adjust the heating time.

③ Put soy milk and sugar in a bowl and whisk with a hand mixer until fluffy.

④Add lemon juice to ③ and whisk until thick.

⑤ Add the amount of toppings from ④ to the finished mug cake and add strawberries to complete!
