[Ingredients (for 4 people)]
Canned tomatoes (cut): 1 can (400g)
Perilla・・・1/2 bunch
Pasta: 4 servings (400g)
Lemon juice ... 1 tablespoon
Olive oil 4 tbsp
Salt and pepper...appropriate amount
Canned Morinaga amazake ・・・1 (190g)
[How to make]
① Chill the canned tomatoes in the refrigerator.
②Put canned tomatoes, lemon juice, amazake, and salt and pepper in a bowl, mix well so that the whole mixes well, and add olive oil t to make the sauce.
③ Boil the pasta according to the indicated time. Once boiled, chill in ice water and drain well.
④Tear off perilla leaves and put them in ②, then add ③ and mix well. Arrange on a plate and you're done!
If you like, you can put perilla on top of the pasta as well.
