[How to make]
① Bake the mochi in a toaster until it puffs up. (about 4-5 minutes)
*You can also bake it in a frying pan.
*If you are concerned about the hardness, soak it in hot water for about 15 seconds.
②Place ① on a plate, add soy sauce, sprinkle with crunchy seaweed, and it's done!

**Mochi kimbap**
[Materials] (For 4 servings)
Kirimochi...2 pieces
Korean seaweed...4 sheets *1 sheet if large size
Komatsuna...1 plant
A Chicken stock: 1/2 teaspoon
A Sesame oil...appropriate amount
Crab bites...2 pieces
Tamagoyaki...1 egg
Beef...50g
B Yakiniku sauce...1/2 tablespoon
B Gochujang...1/4 teaspoon

[How to make]
★Preparation★
・Make the fried eggs. You can use your favorite flavor! We recommend the sweet one.
①Cut the komatsuna into 2-3cm pieces, place in a heat-resistant container, and heat in a 600W microwave for 1-2 minutes. Once warmed, add A and stir.
②Keep B together. Heat oil in a frying pan, add beef and stir-fry. When the color changes, add B and stir. Cut the mochi in half and toast it in the toaster until it puffs up. (about 4-5 minutes)
③ Spread the nori on a bowl, place the mochi on top, and top each with the ingredients to complete!
**Tuna mayo paste**
[Materials] (For 4 servings)
Kirimochi...2 pieces
Korean seaweed...4 sheets *1 sheet if large size
Canned tuna...1 can
Mayonnaise...1 tablespoon
[How to make]
① Cut the mochi in half and toast it in the toaster until it puffs up. (about 4-5 minutes)
② Drain the oil from the canned tuna and place it in a bowl or other container and mix with mayonnaise.
③ Spread Korean glue on a bowl, put ① and ② on top, and it's done!
