The theme this time is "Recipe for Supporting Examination Students" ! !
It is important to take all kinds of nutrition properly, but it is quite difficult to continue every day.
It is a recipe that considers `` why you eat'' rather than ``what you eat'', and considers the nutrients you want to take for each purpose.
This time, we used Ajinomoto Co., Inc.'s ''whole chicken bone soup'' and ''KK consommé'' .
We chose one of the following themes: (1) to increase resistance to colds, (2) to build a body that can withstand the cold, and (3) to warm the body, we devised a recipe for the main dish or soup.
For those who are still waiting for the exam, how about a meal to prepare for the exam?
