We devised a recipe using Ajinomoto Co., Inc.'s ``Knorr® protein-rich soup'' .

<Recipe points>
We used ingredients necessary for muscle building, such as protein and vitamin B6 necessary to metabolize protein.
Maybe it's killing two birds with one stone if you wait for it to be baked while doing muscle training? !
<Materials for 2 people>
Minced chicken...300g
Knorr® protein-rich soup Corn cream: 1 bag Canned tuna in oil: 1 can Mixed beans: 20g
Peppers: 1/2 Tomato ketchup: 2 tablespoons
pizza cheese 40g
<How to make>
1. Slice the green peppers into 5mm-wide rounds. Drain the oil from the tuna. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Mix minced chicken and protein-rich soup in a bowl and spread on a cooking sheet.
3. Apply ketchup on top of 2. Place green peppers, tuna and mixed beans from 1. Finally, top with cheese for pizza.
4. Bake in an oven at 180°C for 10-15 minutes.

Onion: 1/2 Whole corn (dry pack): 1 pack Soy milk (unadjusted): 150ml
pizza cheese 20g

Knorr® protein-rich soup Potage: 1 bag Ajinomoto KK consommé granule type: 1 teaspoon
Seto no Honjio・・・a little black pepper・・・a little butter (salt-free)・・・12g
bread crumbs 20g
Olive oil 2 teaspoons
A Worcestershire sauce 3 tsp
A Pure Select Mayonnaise 3 tsp
A milk ... 1 and 1/2 tsp
A. Wasabi paste ... a little
Lettuce ・・・ Appropriate amount Mini tomatoes ・・・ Appropriate amount Snap peas ・・・ Appropriate amount
<How to make>
1. Cut the onion into thin slices. Add olive oil and bread crumbs to a frying pan and fry over low heat until golden brown, then remove to a tray. Mix A to make the sauce.
2. Put the onion and butter from step 1 in a frying pan and stir-fry until the onion softens.
3. Add okara and potato starch to 2. and heat over low heat. When the powderiness disappears and becomes sticky, season with salt and black pepper and remove to a bowl.
4. When the rough heat of 3. is removed, shape it into a round shape with a spoon etc. and add the bread crumbs of 1. Serve in a bowl and garnish with the sauce from 1., lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and snap peas.

<How to make>
1. Put A in a bowl and mix well. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Add B to 1. and mix gently to prevent stickiness and form a lump.
3. Place the dough from step 2 on a floured table, roll out to 2 cm of heat, and cut into 8 equal pieces.
4. Arrange 3 on a baking sheet lined with a cooking sheet, brush the surface with beaten egg, and bake in an oven heated to 180°C for about 15 minutes until the surface is lightly browned.
