Description

In our stomach, there are about 300 types of bacteria called intestinal bacteria, about 100 trillion, and they are deeply related to health.
Among them, lactic acid bacteria are good for the body.
Yamamoto Kampo's "Lactic Acid Bacteria Grain" contains 100 billion lactic acid bacteria per tablet and is finished in a grain type that can be easily ingested.
With 3 capsules per day, you can take 300 billion lactic acid bacteria equivalent to 30 regular yogurts.

For adults, take 3 capsules per day with water or hot water as a guideline in a normal diet.

Precautions for use

・This product does not cure diseases or improve health by taking large amounts. Please refer to the recommended amount per day and use it so as not to take too much. ・In rare cases, it may not suit your constitution. In that case, please do not drink. ・Because it is made from natural materials, the color and flavor may change, but there is no problem in using it. ・After opening, please use as soon as possible. ・Balance your diet based on staple food, main dish, and side dish.
