Adults (15 years old and over) / 1 dose: 0.375g to 0.75g
Take the above amount once a day before going to bed. However, for the first time, use the minimum amount, and gradually increase or decrease the amount while observing the condition and condition of bowel movements. One spoon attached is about 0.375g.
11 to 15 years old: 2/3 of the adult dose
7 to 11 years old: 1/2 the adult dose
