(4) People with the following symptoms.

2. If the following symptoms appear after taking this medicine, they may be side effects of this medicine.

3. The following symptoms may occur after taking this medicine. If such symptoms persist or worsen, stop taking this medicine and consult a doctor, pharmacist or registered salesperson. Diarrhea
4. If symptoms do not improve after taking this medicine for about a week, stop taking this medicine and consult a doctor, pharmacist or registered salesperson with this leaflet.

・Adults (age 15 and over): Add about 150 mL of hot water to the daily dose of 1.5 g to 3.0 g, boil for 15 minutes, strain and remove the dregs, and take once before going to bed if possible. However, use the minimum dose for the first time, and gradually increase or decrease the dose according to the condition of bowel movement.
・How to brew (adults, 15 years old and over)
Make about 150ml of hot water in a clay bottle or a kettle (aluminum/stainless steel), put a day's worth of this drug in it, and boil it over the lowest heat for about 15 minutes. (Because it will burn on high heat, boil it on low heat.)

・Don't rely on medicine, eat foods with a lot of fiber, exercise moderately, drink plenty of water, and develop regular bowel habits.
