・Boil in a kettle: 200ml - 400ml, about 5 minutes on low heat, put 1 bag in boiling water, boil on low heat and drink.
・Iced ice cream: After boiling for about 2 hours, drain the water, transfer to a water pot or plastic bottle, and chill in the refrigerator before drinking.
・Kyusu: Put 1 bag in a teapot with your favorite flavor, add hot water as much as you want to drink, and pour it into a cup or hot water only to drink.
