Shrimp broccoli tartare

[Materials (for 2 people)]

Broccoli...50g

Frozen peeled shrimp...20g

**Tartare**

Onion...10g

Eggs...2 pieces

Mayonnaise...1 tablespoon

Salt and pepper...appropriate amount

[How to make]

1. Cut the broccoli into small florets and boil. Boil the frozen peeled shrimp.

2. Finely chop the onions and heat in the microwave for 1 minute.

3. Crack the eggs into a heat-resistant container, poke several holes in the yolk with a toothpick, cover with plastic wrap, and heat in the microwave for 1 minute (be careful as it may burst).

Roughly crush the eggs from 4.3 with a fork.

Add 2 to 5.4 and adjust the taste with mayonnaise and salt and pepper.
