<Ingredients for 1 person> *The mug used has a capacity of about 200-300ml and is microwave safe.
Bread (cut into 6 pieces)...1/2 piece (30g)
Egg (M size)...1 piece (approx. 50g)
Sugar...1 tablespoon (9g)
Milk...100ml
Maple syrup, honey, cinnamon (optional)
<How to make>
1. Cut the bread into bite-sized pieces.
2. Add eggs and sugar to a mug and mix well. Add milk, mix and dip the bread into it.
3. Heat in the microwave (500W) for 2 and a half to 3 minutes without wrapping. Finish by adding maple syrup or whatever you like.
*Heating time is a guideline for one person. Also, please keep an eye on the ingredients as they may boil over during the heating time.
