Fresh seaweed and new onion with yuzu pepper sauce

[Ingredients (for 2 people)]

Raw seaweed・・・30g

New onion・・・1/2 piece

Yuzu pepper・・・appropriate amount

Ponzu soy sauce 2 tbsp

[How to make]

1. Thinly slice the new onion lengthwise and soak in water for 5 to 10 minutes. Drain well and put in a bowl.

2. Boil raw wakame seaweed in hot water and put it in cold water. Squeeze out the excess water and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Add raw wakame seaweed, ponzu soy sauce, and yuzu pepper to 3.1, mix everything together, and serve in a bowl!
