Thick ginger soup with seri and tofu

[Ingredients (for 2 people)]

Auction

Tofu・・・1/2 (150g)

Green onion・・・1/2

Ginger・・・Tube 1-2cm

A water・・・450cc

Sake A : 1 tbsp

A white dashi... 1 tbsp

A Chicken glass soup base ... 1 tsp

Katakuriko ... 2 teaspoons

Salt and pepper...a little

If desired, sesame oil or chili oil...appropriate amount

[How to make]

1. Cut the seri into 3cm lengths . Thinly slice the green onion. Dissolve the potato starch in 1 tablespoon of water ( not listed ) .    

2. Put A in a pot and heat it. Add the chopped tofu and ginger, and simmer for an additional 1-2 minutes.

3. Stir in the katakuriko dissolved in water to thicken, add the seri and mix quickly, then season with salt and pepper to taste.

4. Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with sesame oil or chili oil to your liking, and it's done!
